Welcome to our cute & quirky Bunkhouse! This simple studio guest suite is set up with one queen size bed, bathroom w/ stand up shower, & coffee station. The entrance to the Bunkhouse is through the Arizona room/Laundry room, which is occasionally used by us or other guests on the property. Once inside, you will have your own private door w/ a keypad lock. This place is perfect for the friendly traveler who loves unique spaces, & doesn't mind meeting a host or fellow guest and saying hello!

Located minutes from 101 and 60 freeways for easy access to the whole valley, including Cubs Spring Training field (11 min), Sky Harbor Airport (15 min), multiple golf courses, beautiful desert hikes or vibrant Scottsdale night life.

Enjoy your time at this one bedroom modern condo with vaulted ceilings, features like a color changing fireplace & private patio. The kitchen appliances are all new and we included an air-fryer and the fridge has filtered water & ice. The bed is a Queen size Dream Cloud and there is a queen airbed for guests. Yes there is a washer & dryer in the unit with all the laundry needs. Your pool is just steps away so we have included pool floats, beach towels, a speaker and a small ice chest for drinks.

Featuring a gated driveway for parking and a complete self-contained unit, the Tranquil Desert is perfect for business or pleasure. Please be advised that we DO NOT permit parties of any type on the property. The use of the unit, pool and patio is restricted to guests only.
