Visit the village of Watkins for the excellent bars, eateries, and shops. Watkins Glen State park offers the Gorge to hike and sight see. Sugar Hill State Forest has miles of hiking trails, hunting, horseback riding, etc. Watkins is at the south end of Seneca lake where you can kayak, swim, boat, and fish.

Welcome to Wineview Acres! This 24 acre former Christmas tree farm is complete with a newer 2000 sq. ft 3 bedroom home with amazing views and private waterfalls. Located at the start of the Seneca Wine Trail and just a short drive to the village of Watkins Glen, we are in the perfect location to enjoy the best of what the Finger Lakes can offer. If you prefer wine tasting, hiking, fishing, or a day at the race track you will be perfectly positioned to enjoy it all.

Watkins Glen House walking distance to State Park

The property is in walking distance to the Watkins Glen State Park. It has 3 bedrooms each with a king bed and 2 full bathrooms. The house has 1 smart tv and cable and WiFi internet. The kitchen is stocked with cookware, bakeware, dinnerware, silverware, and drinking glasses. Guests can use the stove/oven, microwave, fridge, coffeemaker, toaster, and dishwasher. Dishwasher detergent is provided as well as garbage bags. Please respect the no pets policy.

This cozy home is set just outside of town. We are located just one mile from Watkins Glen international racetrack and less the one mile from the state park. With a large cozy front deck for enjoying morning coffee or just relaxing and large fenced in back yard perfect for children to play. You will enjoy you’re stay at this peaceful country getaway.
