While helping develop the Commercial Street Historic District since 1994, it has been the perfect place to live! Now, we have loved updating it to make it a place that guests and their pets will love. Artists with connections to Springfield are showcased, their original works line the walls. The patio and yard are perfect places to watch birds, relax and enjoy throughout the day.

It is two blocks off of old Route 66 within quick walking distance, (3 blocks) of downtown with lots of restaurants, clubs and cinemas and theaters. Park under the portico just feet from the front door. There is a living area and a full size bed beside a kitchen. There is a place to hang clothes. It has pressed tin ceilings and hardwood floors and a decorative electric wood stove.
