No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Welcome to our Gaertner Hideaway - enjoy your stay in this beautiful newly renovated townhouse in a very silent courtyard just footsteps off the bustling heart of Munich. 2 bedrooms each with a king bed, 1 big living room with a comfortable sofa bed and 1 large entrance room with a sofa bed. Small 25sqm studio garden house in a green environment. It has an own entrance and has a private terrace. Very quiet and safe location close to Nymphenburg palace and canal. Nevertheless it is not far from the centre, subway ride takes only 5 minutes to Munich Central Station. The garden house underwent a reconstruction and is completely new refurbished.
