Das 16 Quadratmeter große Zimmer mit Bad ist in Haidhausen, einem belebten, kreativen Viertel im Münchner Zentrum. Wenige Meter entfernt sind Supermärkte, Bars und Restaurants. Du bist im EG mit separatem Eingang. Beim Betreten des Zimmers siehst du vor dir das helle Bad mit Dusche und WC, und eine Ecke mit Geschirr, Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank. Das Studio hat keine Küche. Links dann hohe Decken, ein hochwertiger Holzboden und grosse Fenster, dazu ein Schreibtisch und ein neues, richtiges Bett.

Schöne Wohnung mitten im Szeneviertel von München

Ihr findet hier eine Wohnung mitten im Münchener Studentenviertel. Sie liegt im 2. OG. Es gibt einen offenen Wohn-/Schlafbereich mit einem Doppel Boxspring Bett und einem Essbereich mit einem großen Esstisch. In der Küche befinden sich 2 Herdplatten, ein großer Kühlschrank, eine Kaffee- und eine Espressomaschine und ausreichend Geschirr. Die Wohnung hat ein schönes helles Badezimmer mit einer Badewanne. Die Diele bietet viel Platz. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Lokale, Cafés und Geschäfte.

Kleines Studio

Kleines, neu renoviertes Appartment in einfacher Umgebung in der Münchener City Ost, das ich in der Woche für Projektarbeit in München selbst nutze und ansonsten gern vermiete. U-Bahn Kolumbusplatz ist 100m entfernt mit direkter Anbindung an die Innenstadt (Sendlinger Tor = 2 Stationen, Messe = 9 Stationen). Geschäfte wie Bäcker, Rewe, Edeka, Rossmann und Apotheke sind in Fußnähe. Sehr empfehlenswertes Italienisches Restaurant und weitere interessante Gastronomie ebenfalls. Enjoy your stay! 🙂

Die Unterkunft verfügt über 2 Bettsofa. Sie ist nur 5 Minuten zu Fuß von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln und 5 Minuten vom Hauptbahnhof mit dies entfernt. Es gibt Supermärkte, Restaurants, Krankenhaus ... in der Nähe. Verbringen Sie am Ende Ihres Tages einen erholsamen Abend auf dem schönen Balkon.

Enjoy your stay in Munich for work (with Monitor, Keyboard, Mouse) or for pleasure, only 3 stops away to the city centre with metro S4/U4 from Boehmerwaldplatz in approx. 5 minutes walk. No TV or dishwasher in the apartment itself, dryer and washing machine available in a separate room. I am there at the Check-In to explain all to you and am happy to welcome you personally. Close to a small shopping center for all your needs. Hairstaightener / -dryer and ironing as well available.

The apartment is in a lively trendy district, it is unavoidable that you cannot hear anything with the window open.
