This property is truly an oasis from the hustle and bustle of city life. When you arrive, the massive rimrock wall will greet you; it is home to abundant wildlife (owls, deer, coyotes oh my). Shrouded by silence, the trill of frogs will put you to sleep. Mornings start with sunrise over the Ochoccos and full views of the valley and the crooked river at its base. Take a hike at Smith Rock, visit the Painted Hills or find yourself headed to town (Bend: 45 min, Prineville: 10 min, Redmond: 25 min).

Peaceful, intimate bedroom (we call "the studio”) with a generously-sized bathroom. Facing a large community space, enjoy your morning coffee with heated bathroom floors, fireplace, AC, and kitchenette-like appliances. Experience a quaint, welcoming atmosphere, so you can focus on what matters—creating cherished memories during your stay. The studio features WiFi, washer/dryer, TV with streaming, EV charger and self-check in. The studio is 300 square feet and shares a wall with another AirBnB.

Forested Custom Built W/Mt view, Hot Tub, Wildlife

Our custom-made studio is nestled in the woods with a country feel yet close to everything Bend has to offer. Outside,we have two large decks overlooking the wildlife with beautiful mountain views. Inside this 1100 square foot studio with a loft ,we have vaulted ceilings with open beams, a pool table, hunting trophies, and handmade woodwork throughout. You will have a private studio with no shared spaces that includes two queen beds, a kitchen, a living room, a bathrom, two decks, and a hot tub.

It's 2.5 miles from the noisy railroad and freeway. 1.4 mi to Pine Nursery Park; 2 mi to Forum Shopping Center; 3.7 mi to downtown; 5.6 mi to Old Mill Dist. & Hayden Amphitheater. 21 mi to Sunriver; 26 mi to Mt Bachelor. Access to Hwy 20 & 97. 2 min. walk to Butler Market conv. store & gas station. Guests appreciate the quiet neighborhood away from the noisy downtown.

Cozy, soft decor fill this light, bright studio with a private entrance. Shevlin Park and Phil's Trail are minutes away for hiking, running, and mountain biking. Mt. Bachelor is a short 30 minute drive for skiing in the winter and downhill biking in the summer. Smith Rock is a 45 minute drive for hiking and climbing enthusiasts. Shopping and dining are within walking distance at NW Crossing or a a short drive to the Old Mill or Downtown Bend. Mesh Network Wifi, coffee, tea and snacks provided.

The location is just 3 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes to Redmond Airport, 20 minutes to Smith Rock, 20 minutes to Bend, approx. 50 minutes to Mt Bachelor and Hoodoo.

Pepper’s Place

Private marina & hot tub — cozy, relaxing studio Apt with no shared walls, just outside Sunriver Resort on a fenced acre, 20 mins to Bend and 25 mins to Mt. Bachelor. SUPs (3), kayaks (2), floats, rafts, bikes (3 adult + 2 kid), and snowshoes (4 pairs). Pepper is a friendly golden/boxer mix who loves kids and dogs. Pet friendly (no fee), fenced yard, hot tub, propane and wood fire pits. Sound-deadened movie theater and foosball room available upon request. Backyard is shared with Pepper.

Parks Bunkhouse

Welcome to The Parks at Broken Top! Paved walking and biking paths run all through the neighborhood, and easily connect to the larger trail systems within Bend. It's only 2 miles to downtown Bend, 1.5 miles to the Old Mill District, and an easy connection to Century Drive which will take you the 17 miles up to Mt Bachelor (usually about a 25 min drive in winter). The private studio/1 bath unit is attached to the main house, but accessed through a shared garage to a private staircase.

One BR guest suite with private entrance, separate LR with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, barbecue, coffee/tea and private fenced yard with fire pit. The suite can sleep three people (three adults, or family with two kids). One queen bed, and a sleeper sofa. Located in SE Bend, 3 miles to downtown, and a short drive to hiking and mtn bike trails. Approximately 25 miles to Mt. Bachelor. Dog friendly..but please see our dog rules below.

Location, location. location! We have miles of trails just outside our front door that lead to the Deschutes National Forest. We are located on the road to Mt. Bachelor and all the beautiful trails on Bend's popular Westside. Trail access to the popular Deschutes River Trail begins across the street from our Airbnb! Access the popular Phil's Trail Mountain Bike trail system from across the street - ride from the house!
