Stunning views of the Clywdian and Berwyn mountain ranges creates the perfect backdrop for a stay in beautiful North Wales. Our little cottage sits within the grounds of our house but is totally separate and self sufficient. Located 500m from Clocaenog Forest, a mile from the village pub and shop and a short drive to Bala lake, Betws y Coed, Snowdonia and beyond. It’s a perfect base for walking, hiking, mountain biking or just relaxing with a book by the fire or with a drink in the hot tub.

There is a hot tub and outdoor shower with an outdoor kitchen, BBQ, fire pit and pellet pizza oven. Underfloor heating throughout. Bedrooms have smart tv and 4g WiFi. If it’s peace and quiet you are looking for, then this is the place for you. We are set in the beautiful Welsh countryside, surrounded by hills. We have a smallholding of 20 acres. Guests are encouraged to explore our property and get to meet our animals..alpacas, llamas, goats, sheep. Here peacocks, guinea fowl, geese, turkeys and hens roam freely. Walks and cyclepaths are plentiful in the surrounding area.
