Our suites offer fully equipped kitchens, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, and central air conditioning. Includes two queen sized beds and a pull out sofa to sleep six comfortably. Also includes WiFi, coin operated laundry, and private balcony. All suites are non-smoking. Includes use of our beautiful private beach. Breakfast is not included in the suite rates starting in 2022, but can be purchased. We also stop serving breakfast during the off-peak season when it's not busy.

Located in the Main house, with a luxury queen bed and lots of charm. The cozy Quivett Room also has a seating area, microwave, fridge, and a private bathroom. It overlooks the gardens and patio.

Our parking is very limited, so we ask that you please plan accordingly. It is located on the third floor of the inn without an elevator.

Quiet and comfortable describes Room One hundred eleven. It has a private bathroom with glass shower and bathtub. One may enjoy a relaxing soak in the tub. Just steps away from our sandy beach. Sleeps three comfortably with 1 queen and 1 twin bed. It is located on the first floor of the inn. All rooms in the bed & breakfast part of the inn include a mini fridge, TV with cable, WiFi, ceiling fan, and self-controlled air conditioning and heat. Breakfast is included May through October.

We are a **small 1950s motel** in a tranquil setting. You drive up to your room. We offer breakfast, housekeeping, and have guest laundry and vending and ice. Every room has a frig, microwave, coffee and tea service, and bath amenities. We offer suites with kitchenettes but these you book directly with us. You have to be 21 to rent a room, we are no pet-friendly, and 100% non-smoking. There are places to smoke. Office is open 6am-10pm. You can check-in after, just let us know.
