Our suites offer fully equipped kitchens, dining area, living room with gas fireplace, and central air conditioning. Includes two queen sized beds and a pull out sofa to sleep six comfortably. Also includes WiFi, coin operated laundry, and private balcony. All suites are non-smoking. Includes use of our beautiful private beach. Breakfast is not included in the suite rates starting in 2022, but can be purchased. We also stop serving breakfast during the off-peak season when it's not busy.

All rooms in the bed & breakfast part of the inn include a mini fridge, TV with cable, WiFi, ceiling fan, and self-controlled air conditioning and heat. Breakfast is included May through October.

Stay in a converted 1901 church! The "Saturday" suite is located in such a church, which is now the award-winning Belfry Inn, located in the center of historic Sandwich Village on Cape Cod. We are a small 1950s motel in a tranquil setting. You drive up to your room. We offer breakfast, housekeeping, and have guest laundry and vending and ice. Every room has a frig, microwave, coffee and tea service, and bath amenities. We offer suites with kitchenettes but these you book directly with us. You have to be 21 to rent a room, we are no pet-friendly, and 100% non-smoking. There are places to smoke. Office is open 6am-10pm. You can check-in after, just let us know.

All suites are one-bedroom, including one queen sized bed, a living room, gas fireplace, pull-out sofa, dining area, large kitchenette with kitchenware, private bath, and laundry in-unit. The suite is located in the cozy carriage house outside of the main inn with its own private entrance. There's a spacious balcony with partial ocean views.

All rooms are decorated in garden themes. This quaint room in the bed and breakfast includes one queen sized bed and has a lovely balcony with a partial ocean view of the Nantucket Sound. It sleeps two comfortably and is located on the third floor of the inn. No elevator.
