Located 10 minutes north of Seaside and 5 minutes from Gearhart. This spacious single-level ranch/farmhouse was recently remodeled and is stocked with everything you need to enjoy the Oregon Coast. Guest count capacity is 6 including children ( under 2 not included in count but please note this in the reservation), 4 adults is max capacity.

A short 15-min stroll to downtown and all the shopping, attractions, and restaurants! There's a nice peek-a-boo view of the Ocean over the the parking lot & beach grass, where the beach path begins :) 1-2 Pets are allowed for $50. Pets may not be left unattended in the unit... or in your vehicle, ty!

Located in a small condo- co op of 15 units at the quiet north end of Seaside's famous Prom, our 1 bdrm unit features a full kitchen, e-center, Queen sofa sleeper, separate bdrm & bath areas & all the kitchenware needed for those sunset meals at the dining Table. Pet fees: 2 Pets maximum. $50 per trip Key Lockbox code will be provided 3-4 days advance of your stay.
