Es erwartet Sie eine komfortable und familienfreundliche Ferienwohnung mit Wohnküche, Schlafzimmer sowie Dusche und WC. Die Wohnung bietet Platz für 2 Personen. Zusätzlich bestehen 2 Aufbettungsmöglichkeiten. Ein Reisebett für Kleinkinder ist vorhanden. Die Räume sind mit Naturfarben gestrichen und die Holzböden mit Naturwachs behandelt und sind aus diesem Grund für Allergiker besonders gut geeignet. Haustiere dürfen auf Anfrage mitgebracht werden. Ein großer Balkon lädt zum Verweilen ein.

-Anfang 2024 haben wir für unsere Gäste neu renoviert und gemütlich gestaltet - Unsere ca. 40 m² große Nichtraucher- Ferienwohnung ist für 2-3 Personen. - Sie hat einen separaten Eingang und eine ruhige Sonnenterrasse. - Im großen Wohn- / Schlafraum befinden sich ein großes Doppelbett, eine Schlafcouch, ein großer Sessel und Sat-TV. - Die kleine moderne Küchenzeile bietet alle Möglichkeiten der Selbstverpflegung. - Das Bad ist mit Glasdusche, Fußbodenheizung und Föhn.

Attic Apartment

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.

Flat in the center of the town under Via ferrata

This flat is situated near the center of Decin - just 1.2km from the train station and only 700m from the main square, 200m under the gorgeous view - Pastyrska stena with a popular Via ferrata. Near the flat there is a rental shop for bicycles, boats and via ferrata equipment. Across the river Elbe there is Decin Castle and a platform for a shuttle steamboat to Hrensko, which is the turistic center of Bohemian Switzerland National Park.

Tento apartmán se nachází v přízemí našeho domu, s vlastním vchodem a s přímým vstupem na zahradu. Občas nás v domě uslyšíte, což jsme vykompenzovali nižší cenou. Ideální volba pro ty, kteří nevyžadují absolutní ticho a zároveň hledají příjemné, klidné ubytování v přírodě u řeky .Využívat můžete venkovní pergolu, houpací lavici, celou zahradu, lehátka..V sezóně si můžete natrhat naše bylinky, rozdělat si oheň, nebo si půjčit gril.

Unsere im Gründerzeitstil renovierte Wohnung befindet sich mitten in der Seidenblumenstadt Sebnitz. Mit 75 m² bietet sie Platz. In Sebnitz ist alles fussläufig erreichbar und auch der Busbahnhof ist nur 300 m entfernt. Tolle Wanderrouten starten in unmittelbarer Nähe.
