L'appartamento al piano terra di una villa di due piani (al piano superiore abito io), ha accesso indipendente, è dotato di ampio cortile riservato, con tavolo, sedie, ombrellone, BBQ e lettini prendisole. Composto da ampi spazi: cucina, due camere da letto matrimoniali, un soggiorno con divano letto e un bagno. IUN S1229

The charming holiday home Nicoleup in Perd'e Sali, southern Sardinia, is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a sea view. The 50 m² holiday home consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a TV. A high chair is also available. The holiday home boasts a private outdoor area with a covered terrace.

For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.

As a standard It offers 2 quiet double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, access to the large, finely maintained garden, dining area and kitchenette. Upon request, a third bedroom is available at an additional cost for the 5th an 6th guests.

The Olive Grove

The House is in rustic style surrounded by an olive grove, it is composed of a large living room with a characteristic fireplace and wooden countertop. The bathroom has a shower and a washing machine. The bedrooms have both a double bed and one has an additional single bed. A fifth room serves as a closet.
