Quiet and Homely Entire Cottage in Exeter
A peaceful self-contained house near to Exeter quay and Exeter city centre. Sleeps two adults comfortably and has a snug 2nd bedroom with laddered bed (5”8 length) for a small adult or child and space for cot. Appledore has been freshly decorated throughout and has everything you need for a relaxing city break, including a small patio garden. Appledore is a 5min walk to the Quay, 15 mins walk to town, with free on-street parking. Its 2min walk from a beautiful wisteria tunnel park and cafe .

Downstairs there is a light airy bedroom with king size bed, a large en-suite shower room and access via patio doors to your own private garden and decked area. Upstairs is an open plan kitchen, dining and sitting room with 2 velux windows and door to the outside staircase. Parking in front of property.
