It is ideally located near the main town and many places of interest. Adventurers often choose Kapatagan as a jump-off for exploring Mt. Apo and its surrounding areas. Nature is generally at play in the entire place where sunset is visible at full view. Mountain view is evident where Mt Apo, the country's tallest peak is visible at a close range. The House is equipped with basic functional spaces and has spacious areas. The neighborhood is friendly and quiet. Evenings are cool and breezy.
