The annex is separate to the main house and a patio is located outside the annex, overlooking the garden - not use when we have guests. Located between Liverpool and Manchester, with Padgate, Warrington Central and Birchwood stations nearby. Easy access to the M62, M6 and M56. Close to attractions such as Gulliver’s World and Walton Hall & Gardens. On-street parking available.

This one bedroom self contained property is set within a quiet Cheshire location. It has secure gated access and a small private terrace, (the property is adjacent to our home Manor Cottage.) It is within walking distance of Delamere Forest and the Whitegate way Its a perfect location for various wedding venues, Oulton Park and Chester. We have a lovely house in the countryside in Cheshire. Our Airbnb is The Bolthole.This is separated from the main house via an internal locking door. For you is a front door with key safe, lounge, comfy sofas, tv, log burner, 2 double bedrooms one with a tv, and bathroom with shower. Kitchen area with airfryer,kettle, microwave, toaster, fridge the only thing we don’t have is a kitchen sink but we wash up for you! Workspace and guest wifi access available. Outdoor seating available. :-) x
