Set overtop of a professional office, this 2nd floor space does provide many of the comforts of home. Kitchen, Washer & Dryer and Bathroom will allow you to comfortably get along. You have your own entrance but since people in this building are working during the daytime, no loud music or partying is allowed during these hours.

Originally a 1917 garage for a Ford Model T, The Chestnut Street Cottage is now a cozy retreat with all the comforts of home and inviting shared outdoor spaces. Roaring Creek, a premiere trout stream, runs through the farm in addition to a nearby pond. Enjoy morning coffee on the porch while watching deer/turkey in the fields. Fire pit is in the back yard. Enjoy a welcome sampling of homemade, farm fresh produce/preserves upon arrival.
