Our cottage is perfect for families, couples or friends who want a peaceful base to explore glorious Argyll. This is a truly magical place, with incredible sea views, and a large garden that leads straight on to the shore. It's also a great base for exploring the Isle of Bute, the "Secret Argyll Coast", and the Arrochar Alps. After a big day out, you can come back and relax in front of the log burner. Leac Na Sith means "Hearthstone of Tranquility"... it could not be a more appropriate name.

The Marine, Piersland and South Beach hotels are all within a 5 minute walk. A 15 minute walk to shops, restaurants, bars, cafes & train station. Ideal for a couple, family or golf party. Pets welcome.

The Bothy is a beautifully presented & spacious, one bed detached house. Set in 4 acres of woodland on the banks of the River Doon & forming part of Doonbank Cottage's woodland garden, it is a very peaceful and quiet location. One (medium sized) dog allowed.

Nestled on Main Street in the picturesque village of Straiton they are just a stones throw from the local amenities. Sorry strictly no pets.

LynnAllan Cottage is a gorgeous rural getaway with stunning open views. Comprising a comfortable living room with a working open fireplace and sofa bed for extra guests, a modern fitted kitchen with all mod cons including a breakfast bar, two bedrooms 1 double & 1 king-size, with good storage space. Dog friendly with nearly an acre of established garden and space to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet of the area whilst being relatively close to Glasgow with good connections and only ~50 minutes from Glasgow Airport. Please bear in mind that there are steps up to up access the cottage from either door: thus, if you have reduced mobility, sadly, Oakdene may not be for you.

Welcome to our idyllic riverside cottage. Nestled in the picturesque Dumfries & Galloway countryside and set on the banks of Cairn Water. The area is rich with wildlife. Red squirrel, deer, kingfisher, woodpecker, red kite, buzzard and otter are just a few of the local visitors spotted from our garden. Stepford Station Cottage is the perfect cosy retreat for nature lovers. We welcome up to 2 well behaved dogs at no extra fee.

Fairy Cottage

Fairy Cottage is a self contained, fully equipped detached cottage, set in private grounds with private parking. Private patio area with garden furniture. Quiet and peaceful on a summer's evening. High Chair and travel cot available on request. Additional day guests only permitted with prior permission and an extra charge may be incurred. Our cottage has a capacity of a maximum of four people sharing two beds.

This traditional 18th-century detached gatehouse is tastefully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. It offers an ideal holiday base to relax or explore the surrounding area. Situated close to the city of Glasgow, Peel Lodge is only 20 mins by train from the city centre, 30 miles away is Loch Lomond, The Trossachs and Ayrshire. Edinburgh and Stirling can be reached in an hour. Shop, pub/restaurant 1 mile.
