Magical, grade II listed 18th century traditional Lakeland cottage, set within 5 acres of woodlands, leading directly to private beaches on Lake Windermere. Relax in a peaceful, natural environment, ideal for friends, families, wild swimmers, cyclists, paddle boarders, hikers and for cosy evenings by the fireplace. Separately charged are a luxurious hot tub, perfect after a hard days hike and a wood fired barrel sauna with cold shower. A tuck shop, art classes and treatments are also available.

All Guests & owners have sole use of the lake and can bring their own boats, kayaks, water boards etc. During the spring/summer months guests can book onto the water park on the lake. Located amid Low Abbey's woodland, rich with narcissi and bluebells in the spring, adjacent to the old damson orchard, at the end of Hadrian's Wall. A truly luxurious shepherd's hut with all amenities for a great rural stay.

Traditionally built Log Cabin in a woodland setting, with exceptional views of the Western Fells. Relaxing and Cosy Atmosphere with a wood burning stove. The Cabin comprises of a Kitchen, mezzanine Bedroom, living area and adjoining bathroom. Welcome to our self-contained hilltop studio surrounded by fields and panoramic views over the Northumbrian coast. A place to unwind and reconnect with nature. Located within walking distance of a remote outstretched beach and just a few miles from the coastal village of Alnmouth and historical village of Warkworth. Alnmouth train station is only a 5 minute drive. From here you can travel directly to Edinburgh in 1 hour. The studio features an open plan sleeping/ living area with a kitchen.

An ideal base for exploring the Western Lake District and Cumbrian Coast. It is surrounded by scenic walks and activities. It is close to St Bees coast to coast walk too.
