Apartment Panorama is a perfect retreat if you are looking for peace & tranquillity. Both the lounge & double bedroom have patio doors onto a large private terrace, so you wake up to uninterrupted, breathtaking sea views! The apartment is very modern, completely renovated in 2023, with brand new furniture. There are 2 luxurious infinity pools with a child's pool. The local beach is a few minutes drive away and the beaches of Moraira and Javea are a 10/15 minute drive. A little piece of paradise.

The house is located in a peaceful area minutes away from the beach, boasts two terraces with stunning views of the sea (and of Ibiza on a clear day), sun all day long, and a stone bbq. The communal swimming pool is just across the street and is open all year long. Pets are allowed and can roam free in the house private garden. Location: 20 mins walking/5 mins by car Cala Moraig beach), 5 mins to the nearest supermarket, 10 mins to the town of Moraira.

Het hoofdverblijf beschikt over 2 slaapkamers (4 slaapplaatsen) en een aparte guesthouse met 2 extra slaapplaatsen - ideaal voor vrienden of familie die wat meer privacy wensen. De tuin met zitplekken, terras en privézwembad biedt volop rust. Moraira en Jávea liggen op 15 minuten rijden.
