Driving distance to DE Turf Sports Complex (12min), Dover (20min), Harrington (23min), and Tanger Outlets/Rehoboth Beach (41min). We welcome couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, tournament teams, big groups, and Dogs welcome (NO CATS). However quiet or lively your stay, our location has it all.

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Looking for a relaxing getaway? Gandy's beach is the perfect place for you. This secluded beach is a perfect place to escape your everyday hustle and bustle. This 4 bedroom, 2 full bathroom house sits right on the water and sleeps up to 12. Feel free to bring your own fishing gear to fish right from the deck. We have 1 canoe and a few generic "orange" Life jackets to be used. If you have a jet ski or a boat you can drop it in at Sundog Marina.
