The lovely Sussex coast is less than an hour by car or you can catch a train from nearby Three Bridges station.

A 10min bus ride to Oxted and its restaurants, and from there a 40min train to central London. The Annex enjoys its own sunny patio, and a shared lawn and meadow (with all its wildlife!).
