The Sinclair Suite

This 1 bedroom/1 bath private home was originally a historic Sinclair gas station. Renovated in 2023, we’ve kept as much of the original building’s elements as possible while restoring it to create both a unique and relaxing experience. The bay area has been converted into a living/sleeping space that includes a TV & seating area as well as two queen-sized beds and a sleeper sofa. The former office space now features a full kitchen. A back patio, firepit, washer & dryer are all located on site.

Enjoy a peaceful stay at my three bedroom home in the quiet town of Tipton. The home is equipped with WiFi, coffee maker, full kitchen, tv in every bedroom and living room, sleeper sofa and 4 queen size beds to make your stay comfortable. You can relax outside and use our patio and grill. 20 minutes to Altus (Altus Air Force base) 15 minutes to Frederick lake (great fishing!) 15 minutes to Frederick 45 minutes to the Wildlife refuge and Medicine Park We look forward to hosting you!

The separate drive and front entrance, leading all the way to the backyard, mimics a shotgun style house. Its charm and unique history will make your stay one to remember.

Come see the Longhorns! The Longhorn Lodge is located right on Main Street and close to everything you need. Enjoy a fun place to stay while in the area for hunting or other events in and around Seymour. This family friendly home was built in 1912, renovated in 2023, and has two magnificent longhorn steers out back! With a full kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 baths, you will have all the space you need to relax.

Leave your troubles at the gate when you enter this property. My desire is that whatever brings you here you find comfort and peace. If you are coming in from the city and just need to hear silence for a day or two, working in town but want your own space, bringing a family together for vacation/holidays or a couple that just needs a weekend away to reconnect. *It does have a 4 mile stretch of dirt road.

Rustic cabin retreat on the Red River. This cabin sits on 245 acres with direct Red River frontage. A two bedroom with a Jack & Jill bathroom. Maximum sleeping capacity of 6, but if someone wants to sleep on the couch you can fit 7. Full kitchen with a washer & dryer. Our cabin is fully air conditioned and the kitchen is complete with coffee & condiments.
