In the apartment there is one bedroom, one living room where one person can sleep on sofa, kitchen, bathroom with shower and a large terrace with private part of the garden equiped with grill and garden furniture. Kitchen is equiped with table and chairs for every person; kitchen utensils, pots, cutlery, dish clothes, electric cooker, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, coffee machine. Detached house, air conditioning, air conditioning included in the price, Sat-TV, bed linen is delivered in the weekly change, towels provided (2 small towels per person per week), internet (WLAN), use free of charge, prices include the following: change of bedlinen (weekly), final clean at the end of your stay, usage of electricity, water, tax and parking. Unser in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung gelegenes Ferienhaus kann mit bis zu 5 Personen belegt werden – optimal für Familien mit bis zu 3 Kindern. Die ca. 50 m² Wohnfläche sind verteilt auf Wohnzimmer mit Küchenzeile, 2 Schlafzimmer (1x Doppelbett und 1x Stockbett/ Ausziehbett) sowie Bad mit Dusche/ WC. Zum Haus gehören Garten und Garage. Wir nutzen es selbst min. 1x pro Jahr und haben in den letzten Jahren viel renoviert: Fassade inkl. Fenster/ Haustür (2015), Badezimmer (2017), Küche (2018).

It consits of 3 modernly furnished mobile homes, just a few minutes walking distance to the beach and Punat town center. The mobile homes are for 4 persons, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There is a possibility for 2 extra persons to sleep on the couch in the living area. There is a common swimming pool available with a sun deck where guests can relax and enjoy the summer holiday.

It has a large comfortable bedroom, living room with kitchen and dining area, bathroom, covered terrace, private parking.
