Eastburn Cottage was created from our lovingly converted 200 year old cartshed. On 13 acres of grounds accessed via a 400 metre track, Braeside Farm is tranquil yet a 10-15 minute drive to St Andrews and less than an hour from Edinburgh Airport. Eastburn is a 2 bedroom cottage (the one on the right) with a kitchen and living room upstairs and a master bedroom (en suite) and smaller bedroom (with a triple bunk bed), bathroom and WC downstairs. Front door is at the top of the steps in the gable.

This authentic bothy contains one room with single bed, wood burning stove, mini kitchen unit with fridge, oven, portable hob and kettle, separate shower room, wc, basin. Linen and towels included. We have just completed new interiors, with 2 bedrooms both with king-sized beds (UK) and soft white sheets throughout. A Nespresso coffee machine, hardwood floors, mini barbecue, and local art on the walls allow you to indulge in a seaside cottage with the feel of a hotel. We have parking on site.

Ground floor cosy self catering flat in the beautiful fishing village of St Monans. There is a wood burning stove, a well equipped kitchen with washing machine ,fridge freezer, gas hob and electric oven. The bathroom has a deep bath with an over bath shower and to keep your feet cosy under floor heating and a heated towel rail. There is a double bedroom and a sofa bed which sleeps two people in the living room. Bring your four legged friend as we are doggy friendly.

We are really proud of our converted shipping containers which offer our guests accommodation for two people in a double bed, with ensuite shower room and a small kitchenette. The Cow Pads are fully insulated, 90% powered by green energy from the farm, have incredible countryside views and a delightful decking area. Cow Pad Gertie has an outdoor heated bath, festoon lights and patio area.

Close to St Andrews, and also easy to travel to Dundee and Edinburgh.

The Garden House is is a newly renovated self contained property set in an idyllic cottage garden. This unique property is located in the picturesque village of Kilrenny. Kilrenny is in the East Neuk of Fife and part of 5 fishing villages which are very pretty This is an ideal location for exploring some of Fife’s costal walks.The famous town of StAndews is only a 10 minute drive from here

We are roughly 300m away along the farm track.
