Pool House at Mill Cottage

The Pool House at Mill Cottage offers a unique riverside escape with exclusive access to a private pool (Mar 1st - Oct 1st 2025 & Apr 1st - Oct 1st 2026). Nestled on the Thames, enjoy easy access to riverside cafes and restaurants by foot or boat. The charming one-bedroom retreat features blackout blinds for restful nights, plus a small sofa bed for extra guests. Just minutes from Goring on Thames village and the train station, it also boasts a BBQ and outdoor seating area for relaxing evenings.

Birch Tree Cabin, woodland retreat & wood burner

Tucked into its own pocket of woodland, Birch Tree Cabin is a secluded retreat set in its own private garden, within the host’s own acre and a half of organic herb gardens and orchard. There's no Wi-Fi here — and that's rather the point. This is somewhere to leave the screens behind, wake to birdsong, spend the evening by the wood burner, and let the pace slow right down. There are views of the Malvern Hills from the bedroom, and walks from the door into a network of rural footpaths and woods.

The Annex at The Oaks

The Annex is a separate building on two floors. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs. There is a kingsize bed and a sofa bed available. We do provide extra laundry for the sofa bed at a cost of £15. Please let me know if you require the sofa bed making up. To access the bedroom are external stairs. Downstairs is a great open plan living space. There is private parking. Ross town is a mile away. PLEASE NOTE: the Annexe is next to a busy main road and traffic can be heard from the Annexe.

Dassett Cabin - retreat, relax, romance, rewild

Disconnect from the busy … retreat beneath the canopy of an ancient woodland and soak up the views and surrounding nature. It’s not perfect. Nothing is. But luxury detailing alongside your own hot tub, hammock, sauna, indoor and outdoor showers and sun terrace is a clear nod in the right direction - all within a short walk of the friendly local pub! Short drive from the local shops and Burton Dassett Country Park Easily accessible from the M40. Close to the Cotswolds, Warwick and Stratford.

Haven on the Hill, fired pizza oven and shower

The wooden cabin, Haven on the Hill, fully insulated build on an elevated platform with views looking over the Forest of Dean. A private and secluded dwelling situated in our grounds near our home. With good pubs and walks nearby this cabin is perfect for a stay away from the hustle and bustle of modern life. Full electrics, bathroom with shower, cooking facilities including a wood fired pizza oven. Easy access parking,a donkey & a sheep to keep you company! Pets welcome with plenty of walks.

A beautiful grade II listed Cotswold house in Tetbury, close to beautiful walks, pubs and all the Cotswolds has to offer. The house has been renovated to a high standard, combining modern design with period features. Sleeping up to 4, it is an ideal bolt hole for friends, couples or families with children. Completely isolated bell tent set on its own in a large fenced off area of the field, All WC and kitchen facilities are private and only for you and your family. No sharing with others. Priory Barn is situated just a few miles outside chipping norton near heythrop, we are a small holding nestled almost in the bottom of the valley. Our bell tent is the perfect escape to tranquility and we have set up camp so you don’t have to, just turn up and relax with every thing you need provided.
