Cerca de la playa de Cala Cortina y del puerto y a tan sólo un corto paseo hasta el casco histórico. La estación de autobús y de tren están también muy cercanas. Muy bien comunicado. Inside we have all equipment and service you need. Mojácar and it's surroundings has a lot to offer.

House with unobstructed sea views, 200 meters from the beach. The house is ideally located, very quiet, and comfortable (renovated in 2022). There are stairs: four steps from the dining room to the living room, and the bedrooms/bathrooms are on the lower floor. Access between the parking area and the house is via a pedestrian path in good condition, but not suitable for people with reduced mobility (approximately 50 meters).
