The East Cabin is quietly tucked between the Green Mountains of VT and the Adirondacks of NY. Surrounded by towering trees, the treehouse provides a unique experience year round—from relaxing in the hot-tub on a snowy night, to stargazing by the campfire. The treehouse is always stocked with waffle mix & homemade frozen cookies. We can’t wait to host you!

Apartment in Historic Village Home

Our home was built in the 1830's, and the apartment added in the 1950's. The apartment has a throwback feel. We are an easy walk to restaurants, Flynn's funeral home, the school, and churches. We are minutes from the Washington County Fairgrounds. We are 1/2 an hour from the Saratoga race track, 45 minutes to Lake George, 10 minutes from Willard Mt, and an hour from great Vermont skiing! We have a full kitchen, guests say our beds are super comfy, and we have hi-speed cable and Internet!

Waterfront Vermont Lake House w/ Panoramic Sauna

Waterfront on Lake St. Catherine, with almost 100ft of private lake frontage and a view that's hard to beat. Watch the sunrise from the deck or from inside our new panoramic barrel sauna. Explore the lake by kayak or canoe — both included for guests. Keep an eye out for both bald eagles and loons. There's also a fire pit for evening s'mores — firewood included as well. Great for families — we've got a crib, a bunk room for the kids, and a bookshelf of board games for those rainy days.

Magical Farm Getaway - a must visit!

Beautifully restored 18th century farmhouse situated on 4.6 private acres within a 180 acre working farm. Five bedrooms, wood stoves, ample living space, and a cheery sun room with gorgeous views make this house one of a kind. Our backyard features an in-ground, heated, salt water swimming pool (open May to mid-Oct), fire pit (open year-round), large outdoor dining table, gas grill, and a deck with lounge seating and jacuzzi (open year-round). Parties and events are not allowed.

Come enjoy a lakeside getaway at, newly constructed, High Oaks Lodge on Cossayuna Lake! Situated 25 miles from Saratoga Springs, NY and 33 miles from Manchester, VT. Amazing views of the lake from the spacious open-concept living room. Relax on the lower deck and make s'mores around the outdoor fire pit. Water access and private dock for your boat just steps away from the house. Use the canoe and kayaks provided to explore the lake.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Walking distance to Salem Central, Fort Salem Theater, the Historic Salem Courthouse, Jacko's, Salem Art Work, On a Limb Bakery, and less than an hour to vermont sking. Come stay in our secure 2-room suite plus bathroom with a separate entrance uniquely filled with local art and antiques. Includes cube-sized refrigerator, coffee maker, and microwave for use.

Guest House at Hummingbird Hill

Our small above-garage guesthouse on the NY/VT border is a retreat from busy life. The open floor plan, airy apartment has windows on all sides & overlooks woods & meadow. The guesthouse is ideal for those looking to get away from electronics and the internet (note: no Wifi). There are plenty of options nearby for hiking, rail trail biking, or paddling. Pets are welcome (we do charge a small fee for pets)!

Enjoy a relaxing stay in the country. Easy access to Vermont & Saratoga. Eat local produce. Fresh eggs, bread and butter or oatmeal for your first breakfast, coffee and tea provided. Located in a quiet peaceful setting, and a short path down to a large deck with hammock overlooking lake our contemporary house, lovingly built by owner, has a well equiped kitchen, a 10 person hot tub, and bicycles. Down at the waterfront, we have a dock with canoes and kayaks.
