A beautifully restored 400 year old small house situated in the heart of the historical city of Cospicua, one of the fabled three cities across the harbour from Malta's capital, Valletta. The space is warm and has been stylishly restored and furnished. The ground floor leads into a living room with a sofa, a kitchen/dining room and a guest toilet. The bedroom with a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom together with a terrace are on the upper floor. This floor is reached via a staircase.

The apartment features a double bed, sofa bed, small kitchen, and private bathroom. Guests have access to a shared gym and laundry room. Cospicua offers narrow streets, cafes, restaurants, and scenic promenades, making South Sail the perfect base to explore the area’s rich history and nearby coastline.

My refurbished seafront first floor apartment facing the historical town of Senglea is situated in the victorious city of Birgu (Vittoriosa). Right into the spectacular Birgu's harbour creek this apartment enjoys 180 degrees unobstructed breath taking views. Valletta (World Heritage by Unesco) the capital city of Malta which has been also chosen as the City of Culture 2018 is reachable in only 15 minutes by ferry from my apartment. Ferry berths a few metres away from my place.

Our house has been inspected and is legally registered and with the Malta Tourism Authority (HPE/0761). We collect 50c a day Tourism Tax which we pay to the government on your behalf.
