We are right in the heart of the stunning Galloway Forest and part of the UNESCO designated Biosphere, with trees, streams, lochs and mountains right on the doorstep.

Escape off grid to this secluded self contained large studio room deep in the countryside in Galloway . The accommodation is an annex of our own home and has its own private entrance and en-suite bathroom complete with shower and bath, in a studio format. We are situated on a small holding far from the maddening crowds and under the Galloway dark sky where on a clear night you can see the milky way and an array of stars . We welcome well behaved dogs however they should not be left alone .

Ochiltree is the largest of 4 spacious and comfortable cottages designed to make self catering an enjoyable experience. After your adventures exploring all Dumfries & Galloway has to offer this is a perfect place to rest and recover. 3 ensuite bedrooms, 2 are family rooms 1 containing a double bed and a single bed, the second contains a double and 2 singles.
