With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. The waterfall is a truly magical place and considered a sacred site. The house is not appropriate for loud groups or parties. 🙏🦋🙌

We have a creek for cooling off and land to hike if you want to be more active. Short driving distances to cafes, restaurants, book stores, golf courses, and shops all over the Catskills. We are between Margaretville (5 mins) and Roxbury (12) for access to all the town necessities while still a reasonable distance to Delhi, Andes and Phoenicia.

Summer Bookings, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with “Cooperstown Dreams Park” schedule, see their site for the schedule. If you’re going to “Allstar Village” their schedule does not align with this. The 2026 season is 5/31-8/23/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
