Villa2: Is a well appointed two bedroom modern, bright, open plan holiday villa, with all the conveniences provided for your holiday. The villa is located at the rear of the block. As you make you way through the tropical gardens at the front and past the tranquil pool setting your private villa awaits. Offering alfresco dining and a bbq area to enjoy, you'll feel miles away from the world. Both bedrooms are fitted with QN size beds , televisions and ceiling fans. Your private courtyard is fully fenced, so your four legged friend can relax as well. On street parking is provided. Groceries can be arranged and delivered for your arrival if required. Courtesy bus available to local venues, surfclubs and RSL's etc. Two villas located on site - onsite manger. Onsite manager Palm Beach's location is great for the pet lovers as the property is between two off-leash pet-friendly beaches at Tallebudgera and Currumbin. It is just a 5 minute walk to the CBD with restaurants, grocery stores, and shops. On street parking. Bus route 1 block away, plus national and international airport only 15minutes away. Groceries can be arranged and delivered for your arrival if required. Local airport pick-up/drop off may be available if required. Fee $20 (one way) $40 (return)

Luxe Surfers Paradise Beach House 50m to the beach

Walking distance from the vibrant shopping and restaurants of both Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach, but away from the noisy hustle and bustle. Private access to the Beach House’s courtyard is straight off the street - there is no lift needed to navigate whilst juggling your suitcases and surfboards. Fingal township is at the end of a long sand spit with the Tweed River on one side and the Pacific Ocean on the other. Please note we do not charge extra for you being able to bring your pets.

It is on the top of the hill and always gets the breeze but there's ducted air con if you need it. The house is light and airy with antique furniture. There are views from most windows. Four bedrooms, two toilets and two showers. The large deck is great for evening drinks and BBQs.
