Safe swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding are within view and only a 2 minute walk away.

Cosy cabin overlooking orchard & native bush. Ideal as a base to explore the area or an overnight stay. Set on a small farm 15 minutes drive from Whitianga & Hot Water, Hahei or Cathedral Cove beaches. Our sunny cabin has a comfortable queen bed, en suite bathroom, covered deck & parking, set adjacent to our house. Tea, coffee and continental breakfast for your first morning are provided in the cabin. Please note due to limited space two people max (no additional infants).

The Lookout

The Lookout is a stand alone guest cabin located on an elevated private 10 acre property just 5 minutes drive to Cooks Beach. Situated next to regenerating bush, it offers views through to Mercury Bay Winery, the Purangi Estuary & beyond to Mercury Bay itself. Entirely self contained, The Lookout is lined with warm natural timbers and has a comfortable queen size bed. It also has a private deck area perfect for morning coffees, BBQs, stargazing and bird watching.

They are nestled amongst new homes in a new subdivision overlooking the boat ramp on the Purangi Estuary and a few minutes walk from the main Cooks Beach and a short drive to famous Cathedral Cove and Hot Water Beach.

Whatever you're into - beach, hiking or just watching the tides come and go - Paku is the place to do it.

Our Studio room opens onto a paved terrace with views over the ocean. The studio is well equipped with kitchenette, table & chairs, armchairs, separate shower & bathroom, separate toilet. There is a barbecue for cooking and an outside covered space. We supply a simple breakfast of muesli, yoghurt and milk. If you are dairy free and require something different please let me know. The pool and spa overlook the ocean and have amazing views.
