The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment & comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

We are conveniently located near I-90 and only 20 minutes from Presque Isle State Park and 30 minutes from downtown Erie. Enjoy the best of both worlds, fishing, hiking and the outdoors and downtown attractions just 30 minutes away!

We have two other properties nearby if your dates are unavailable.

Sleep like a baby to the sounds of the waves on the rocks. Can't beat the view. 2 wheel drive will work, but 4 wheel drive is recommended. A maximum of four people.
