Two ski resorts (Hunt Hollow & Bristol) are less than 15 minutes away for year-round fun and access to a private dock is provided.

This Lakefront Cottage contains a kitchenette, an ADA-compliant bathroom, and a queen bedroom that can be configured for accessibility with advance notice. A futon with a full-size mattress is also provided, along with heating and cooling for your comfort. Enjoy your morning cup of coffee on the deck overlooking the water and watching the sunrise over Silver Lake. Conveniently located minutes from Letchworth State Park and the village of Perry, NY. The only house in 500' of lakefront. Quiet & beautiful & private. [See pics & feedback] A panoply of personal watercraft.  10 min to village of Naples.      House is upgraded mid-century cottage over a bridge at the end of the road – secluded, at the bottom of a cliff.   Outdoor hot tub, living room fireplace.   Big beautiful lake - right there - you'll feel it in your heart. The wifi is decent, but we recommend that you don't use, because it's best to sit lakeside and watch the stars!
