Our smallest and coziest tiny home (it is super tiny!). This bright and airy, super tiny one room studio tiny home with a kitchenette (mini fridge & microwave) is located right off of highway 83, about 3.4 miles from Garner and 3.3 miles from the Frio river. A no frills spot perfect for two people to relax after exploring the area. This is our only tinyhome that does not have a full kitchen, it does have an outdoor bbq pit. $60 pet fee per dog with breed restrictions. No dogs over 50lbs

Close by, you can enjoy floating or swimming in the Frio River and the Sabinal River at the Utopia Park. Utopia has a renowned golf course featured in the movie Seven Days in Utopia. Nearby is a hiking trail, public swimming pool, and miniature golf. There is an outdoor fireplace and separate fire pit, horseshoe pits, corn hole boards (bean bags included), disc golf basket (discs included), and volleyball net (ball included).
