Equal distance from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, you can get anywhere you want to go in the Bold North.

Located between Minneapolis and St. Paul, you will be 10 minutes from both downtowns, 10 minutes from Rosedale Mall, 5 minutes from Allianz field, less than 20 minutes from MSP airport, 10 universities, and the Mall of America, and walking distance from the State Fairgrounds. Your dog is also welcome to enjoy this lovely two-bedroom home for a family trip to the city or for business travel.

This is an air-conditioned third floor 625 sq.ft. addition to a 1925 duplex. It was built in 2000, has windows on all sides, and no walls except the bathroom. The property is totally fenced, and includes lovely gardens and a front patio, and is located in a quiet neighborhood very near Macalester College in St. Paul. I think it has everything guests would want except a full kitchen. Fortunately, there are many good restaurants and grocery stores, nearby, especially on Grand Avenue.

This apartment has a spacious bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. There is plenty of on-street parking available with bike lanes and public transit nearby. Como Park is centrally located in St Paul.

Our apartment has a luxurious feel. Heated floors in the bathroom, modern, well-lit, and a fully outfitted kitchen. The apartment has its own thermostat, laundry, and private entrance to the house. A quiet street across from a park. Perfect for remote work or vacation. A short walk to Whole Foods, restaurants, colleges and Allianz field. We live above the basement apartment with our daughter and are available if you have any questions or needs.

Sparrow Suite on Grand

Sparrow Suite is a charming 650 sqft basement unit all for you! Its close to everything, walking distance to tons of coffee shops, restaurants, shopping, bus stops and colleges...making it easy to plan your visit. It also comes with a free parking spot back in the ally. There is a private tattoo studio on the upper level of the suite, you will hear walking noise periodically 10-5 Monday to Friday. Extremely quiet at night and on weekends.
