We are located a 10 minute walk to Moyhu hotel and cafe and a short drive to many wineries and restaurants in the area. It is part of our home but private with your own access and fully enclosed outdoor area . 'Top of the Hill House' is a 120-year-old rural farm cottage situated on our hobby farm at the top of a hill in Goorambat, surrounded by stunning views of the mountains, just 15 minutes' drive from Benalla. This rustic cottage has retained many of its original features, is clean and comfortable, and faces east so that you can see the superb sunrises. It is a perfect rural retreat for couples, families or small groups...and we also have a pool you can use in summer! We have solar panels too.

Shared tennis court and pool available for any guest to use with a large BBQ area on offer. Farm walks are included in the stay, which allows kids to see all farm animals that are located in the property. With this spacious farm cottage you can get a real taste of what living in the county is like!

Two-level studio cottage in a gorgeous garden: perfect getaway for two. Beautifully refurbished. Self-contained with a queen bedroom opening to a private deck with barbecue that overlooks the garden. Downstairs is a sitting room opening to a terrace, separate kitchen with induction cooktop and bathroom. Historic, gold-era Beechworth is 4km away. Beechworth is popular and weekends especially book out early. Our settings aim to be fair to both guests and hosts.
