This WATERFRONT A-Frame house is located directly on a deep water canal with a PRIVATE DOCK. Located in a gated community with playground, in-ground pool, tennis & basketball courts. Rental includes kayaks & stand up paddleboard. Two night stay considered via special request during the off-season. Ask about a monthly rate during off season month if available.

The Scooby Shack is a cozy, K-9 friendly home that caters to dogs and their humans. Set back on a quiet cul de sac, our vacation home offers a large fenced in yard with doggy door access for small/medium-sized pooches. This little gem has 2 bedrooms with memory foam mattresses, a full bath, a stocked kitchen, a dining nook and a large comfortable couch for cuddling, but the best room in the house is undeniably the wrap-around screened-in porch! Plus an outdoor shower and a gas fire pit too.

Ahoy mateys!! Come spend your OBX vacation immersed in the rich, local pirate history. This newly updated, 1st level, in-law suite, minutes from sound side beaches, and a short (10 min) drive to the ocean aka Graveyard of the Atlantic. This quiet abode is located in a gated community, with basketball & tennis courts, and a waterfront playground. There is also access to a community boat ramp for an additional fee.
