Little Gables is located just outside the idyllic village of Dunsford on the edge of the Dartmoor National Park. An architect designed self catered guesthouse with boutique cabin style accommodation for two. The modern rustic interior is designed for a luxurious and comfortable stay consisting of a spacious open plan kitchen and living area with vaulted ceiling, bathroom with walk in shower and a built in emperor sized bed (2m x 2m) in the bedroom area with a bath (with a view) in the room.

The picturesque village of Lympstone with a number of great foodie pubs is just a stroll away along the Exe Trail which passes the front of the farm, so no need to drive!

York House is a tranquil and luxurious holiday home. This waterfront property is only six metres from the sea with outstanding views over the mouth of the river Exe and Exmouth bay. The house was the home of a well known local artist for many years and has undergone a total renovation in 2025 to bring it up to date whilst retaining all the original features and charm.
