The treehouse is centrally located on the 66-acre property. It is near the bathroom, hot tub, duck pond, and our flock of chickens. It has 3 large screened windows and a sliding door. Enjoy your coffee and favorite adult beverage during golden hour on the wrap-around deck. The treehouse measures 8'x8' plus a 5'x8' loft for a total of 104 square feet of living area. Relax in this newly-renovated apartment bordered by cornfields. This property offers a peaceful country retreat with easy access to Hershey (30 min.), Lancaster (40 min.), Harrisburg (30 min.) and Mt. Gretna (10 min.). Please note: My family lives above the apartment. We aim to be quiet when we have guests, but you may hear sounds of small feet, small voices, etc. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate service animals due to a family allergy.

Welcome to The Red Barn Retreat! We are so excited for you to come visit our peaceful place. The barn was built in the early 1800’s and we completed its renovation in 2014 and an upgrade in 2020 to include air conditioning in the whole barn and new reclining leather couches. It is very special to our family and we hope it will be for you as well! It is a wonderful spot to relax and refresh and make lasting memories.
