Private Pasadena/Deer Park Home on Quiet Street

This is a very welcoming and very private Pasadena/ Deer Park home with no in person contact to check in. There is a self check- in key code to get in the house. This home is cleaned to Covid standards and it has a very private large backyard (see pictures). It is about a half mile from Beltway 8 and 2 miles from 225. 20 minutes to downtown or League City. Enough room for 6 people with 2 bedrooms and an air mattress. It also has Direct TV in the living room and master bedroom.

The pool and spa can be heated. Spa is free to heat but we charge to heat the pool in winter. The back patio is exceptionally large and perfect for enjoying the outdoor space day and night. What can I say about the house itself? This was our own home for 18 years and we made it delightful!

Cozy barn apartment on a lovely small farm, secluded and quiet in the country. Located halfway between downtown Houston and the Galveston beaches, it's just a few minutes to lots of shopping and restaurants, with Kemah Boardwalk and Nasa Space Center a short drive away. Winding creek through the property, with chickens and two horses grazing in the pasture. Lots of sheep, pigs, and donkeys next door. Property has private swimming pool for your enjoyment.
