1000 Islands Cottage is complete with full kitchen-Don't feel like cooking? Two of Clayton's finest restaurants are a block away! Plenty of parking with a spacious yard. Kayaks welcome- river access. Playground for kids within 3 blocks. A/C, Heat, Laundry, Wi-Fi. Downtown is within walking distance- shopping, groceries, pharmacy. Clayton Island Tours -treat yourself to a tour of the Islands. Clayton Marina-don't have your own boat? rent one. Wineries. Or just relax. We welcome your visit

Charming 3-bedroom Shore Side cottage

Inside this cottage you will find three bedrooms. One with two twin beds, another is located on a screened in porch with a twin. The master is a king bed with an amazing view of the mighty St Lawrence River. The screened in porch is an amazing place to have dinner and watch the sunset. There is plenty of seating out on the deck. Gas grill is there for your use. There is another cottage in close proximity, there may be people around the driveway and dock area. We do allow pets there is a fee:

Escape to this unique & tranquil getaway in 1000 islands vicinity. The spacious lake-view sunroom is perfect for relaxing. The master suite features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Chaumont Bay, one of world's largest freshwater bays, is a sought-after summer destination. We are a short drive to local tourist attractions in Alexandria Bay, Clayton, and Cape Vincent.

The Boathouse

The views are surreal! With over a 200 degree view, sitting on the couch seems like sitting over the top of the water. Located on a small protected bay, also home to two yacht clubs, you'll see boaters of all kinds. The fishing is fabulous right from the dock. Located on a quiet private road, you'll be walking distance a from restaurants, an ice cream shop, shopping, banking, the local library, and even a small winery! There is deep water dockage if you plan to bring a boat.

Grindstone Island Cottage in Private Bay

Come relax in Buck Bay. Our family cottage is situated right on the water in a private, peaceful bay with beautiful views. We are accessible only by private boat or water taxi, about 4 miles from Clayton, NY & Gananoque, Ontario. The house is perfect for 4 adults and 2-4 children or young adults. Recently updated furniture & linens, washer, dryer and more! The boathouse has about 4-8 feet of water depth and room for 2 boats. There is a swim float 30’ from shore. @buckbay.stay

Property includes kayaks , peddle boat, firepit (wood provided), corn-hole game, cards, board games. Cabin has electricity, mini-fridge, microwave, kettle, tea, coffee (Keurig), dishes, bedding provided and propane BBQ. Just bring your food, special beverages, and relax. Pets stay free.
