A bus stop is conveniently at the doorstep. Across the road is the waterfront park with BBQ’s, playground and a boardwalk that begins at the Woody Point jetty and wraps around the coastline. A block away are great restaurants and cafes. Wander up the hill to see the Gayundah shipwreck or to the beach for a swim.

This holiday home offers a modern open plan living/dining, outdoor area for entertaining with views of the canal. A BBQ, plus a pontoon to moor your boat. This location is great for boaties, an easy access to Bribie Island passage via a canal lock which prohibits larger boats entry.
