Spectacular views on the sea front, terraces, pool

"Punta Xata" in its privileged position right on the seafront, has incredible sea views. The larger terrace is ideal for sunbathing, eating outside and enjoying the sunset. The smaller one is perfect for breakfast and watching the sunrise. The main bedroom is very romantic with a round bath for sharing and sea views. There is a quiet communal area, with a pool. La televisión funciona solamente como Smart Tv con Netflix y Amazon Prime. Al igual que la mayoría de ciudades puede ser difícil aparcar, hay opción de alquilar una plaza de parking subterranea en un edificio cercano con antelación. CUARTO PISO SIN ASCENSOR.
