Perfect for work or play! The hospital is 10 minutes away, and Idaho State University is just down the road. Walk to Ross Park Zoo, nearby parks, and the swimming complex, plus enjoy locally owned restaurants close by. Outdoor adventure awaits minutes away at City Creek and Edson Fichter Nature Area, with easy access to Pebble Creek Ski Area and relaxing soaks in Lava Hot Springs. The BD has a king and LR has a full size futon that fits one adult or two small children. You are welcome to share the nice yard, playground, and front patio.
