our beautiful 3 bedroom villa is situated directly at the seafront in Kissonerga. The village center and some shops and restaurants are in walking distance. There is a large open plan living/dining area with kitchen on the ground floor. Large windows allow a view to the terrace, pool and the sea. There are two bedrooms with each own bathroom downstairs and another master bedroom with bathroom upstairs. Outside you will find a private pool and a lawn going down to the sea.

Beach House with stunning sunset views - Paphos

Our bright house is located by the sea in a residential enclosure with pool restricted to residents. As soon as you have left your bags, you will be invaded by a wave of well-being! Each room offers stunning views of the sea and you only have to take a few steps t to access the pool or the brand new Alyki beach (inaugurated in June 2025), with umbrellas and sun loungers and to get your feet in the water. We wish you a wonderful holiday in our little peace of heaven.
