The house with Ac is 250 metres from the piazza and the main street, and has 1 double rooms (king ) 1 bathroom with large shower and a large kitchen-living room with a nice terrace overlooking the hills. The farmhouse enjoys a 360° view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills and has a garden and shared swimming pool in summer, lounge and playground. This typology can NOT be booked with CHILDREN UNDER 12 or babies and is for max 3 people.
