This is an apartment located in Ube city. Inside the room, you'll find a sauna house that you can use along with your stay. Enjoy leisurely time with your family or friends. :) There are a hair dryer and washing machine, but due to the low cost of accommodation, no amenities. Two towels are provided per 1person per 1day. *Please note that there is an additional fee for sauna usage (3,000JPY/2hours). We also have rental cycles (500JPY/1day/1person). The 130-year-old Villa Kaede, originally built as a guest house by a founder of Arita Bank, has been beautifully renovated. Visitors can enjoy a garden that showcases the changing seasons. The villa also serves as a convenient base for day trips to places like Nagasaki City, Unzen, Ureshino, Sasebo, Hirado, and Huis Ten Bosch.

築年数120年を超える古民家を全面リニューアル。快適さを追求し、古い梁の重厚感と新しい小国杉の木の香りが重ねあい、清潔で落ち着きある空間を作り出しています。 -「yori-toko」について- 明治37に建てられたこの建造物は2019年時点で築年数118年。 明治、大正、昭和、平成、そして令和とこの地で見守ってきた建屋は40年近く空き家でした。 かつては近隣の子供たちが勉強を教えてもらったり、遊びにきたりして親しまれていたこの建物は、再生すべく。当時の原型に戻し、「ふくちのやどかふぇyori-toko」として生まれ変わりました。 「yori-toko」という名前には、かつてこの場所が「寄り場所」として親しまれたように、これからも人々が集う温かい場所であってほしいというオーナーの想いが込められています。 基礎工事と断熱材を導入し、現在の気候にあった快適な住まいとなっています。
