This very charming, cosy and rustic log cabin is located on a private lake on the outskirts of a quiet family farm in North Chideock, just 5 minutes drive from the Jurassic Coast. The tranquil surroundings make this place the perfect romantic getaway for couples and an amazing place to spend a holiday as a family. Various wildlife and lifestock are frequent visitors of the cabin including our resident heron. Enjoy a drink on the sun deck and watch the sunset over the fields from the hot tub.

Dog friendly annexe with rural views at Hell Lane

Our cosy, dog friendly self catering annexe sleeps 2 with everything you need for a short rural stay. The one room, with ensuite shower room, has a double bed, kitchenette with cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, table, seating area with TV, Netflix, Alexa and free wifi. The annexe is nestled between our house and another holiday let at start of the infamous 'Hell Lane' where Julia Bradbury filmed her memorable walk to Symondsbury along the holloways in her 'Walks with a View' programme.

The Hodders Hut: Luxury Shepherds Hut, Nr Bridport

RYALL is a hamlet 10 minutes’ drive from the beaches of the Jurassic Coast, Bridport & Lyme Regis. A modern, romantic Shepherd's Hut. It has a kingsize bed, with a goose down duvet, proper shower/loo, fitted kitchen, & desk. Wifi & DAB radio. It's super warm, there’s a log-burning stove, a radiator & heated towel rail. Morcombelake is surrounded by The National Trust Golden Cap Estate, it is a short walk through outstanding countryside to the coast path or the heathland walks on Hardown Hill giving 360 degree views of beautiful Dorset. After a day hiking or on the beach come home to your delightful retreat and relax in the comfortable dining/living area before retiring to a cozy bed with ensuite bathroom.

Our cosy terraced cottage is nestled in amongst National Trust farmland, down a small farm track. It is one of six cottages that have been converted from a stone barn. There are beautiful views of the surrounding countryside including Dorset's famous Golden Cap, with walking right from the front door. The large shared garden, makes it an ideal getaway for families or couples and each cottage has it's own parking space. Seatown beach is a very short walk away, as are the local pubs.

North End Farm, Old Cricket Pavilion

The Pavilion is a great place to rest and strike out from. The beach is 1.5 miles away. It is on a network of footpaths in the middle of it's own organic farmland. Bridport and Lyme Regis offer plenty of art and culture and are reknown for food, River Cottage and the Jurassic Coast. There is nothing better than being warm and cosy around the wood burner looking out at the great views. The Pavilion is good for couples, solo adventurers, art lovers, foodies and furry friends (pets)..
