This room is above our gorgeous & *LIVELY* bar right next to the tram & train station so this will appeal to groups that aren't sensitive to noise and are coming in to Manchester for a late night out! The bar is usually fairly quiet Mon-Thurs with gig-goers before & after then Fri & Sat there are DJ's in-house until 2am. Sunday's are often a Balearic style chilled day disco from 4pm - 10pm. Shower & toilet are *SHARED* with one other room on your floor.

Room 3 Berwyn double room sleeps 2 people We are situated near to the A5 in the Dee Valley with views overlooking the River Dee and the Llangollen steam railway . Sleep soundly on our Egyptian cotton sheets and wake up to the views of the Dee Valley. Ideal location for exploring Llangollen, Snowdonia and Dee Valley. Great walks,hiking, fishing, kayaking, clay pigeon shooting and white water rafting nearby. Lunch and evening meals also served daily.

This suite is perfect for a family, as there are two spacious double bedrooms, one with the option of having the super-king size bed split into twin beds, and the other bedroom has a queen-size bed. There is a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware and dining table. The suite has a bath, walk-in shower cubicle and vanity area. Guests also have access to our communal Lounge area, garden and terrace.
