Walk to everything including lots of dining/coffee spots, bus & metro. 5 minutes from the airport, DC with all its sights is right across the river. The basement apartment has a private entrance, lots of natural light, eat-in kitchenette, sauna and rainhead shower, and music/tv (Amazon Firestick for logging into your streaming services) options.

We have noticed some Airbnb guest haven’t put exact amount of people that are staying please make sure you put the correct amount of people staying because of insurance purposes. Quiet time is at 10pm !! NO USE of the Hot Tub after 10pm !! Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Important information : Bathroom is located at end of walkway by where you park by the Hot Tub! Visitors must not stay overnight!
